3D Prototyping

Concept 3D Prototyping 01

Stage 1.

We start with ideas, sketches, files or even scan existing parts. We can then design a concept to bring to the next stage of the 3D process.

.

3D Model Prototyping

Stage 2.

A 3D Model is designed and built in 3D Software by our product design team.

3D Printed Prototype

Stage 3.

We 3D print and hand finish your prototype. We use a variety of materials and finishes and moulds can also be created.

OUR 3D PRINTERS

STRATASYS OBJET: POLYJET

Ideal for functional prototypes, highest accuracy, injection moulded finish.

3D SYSTEMS PROJET: COLOUR JET PRINTING (CJP)

High resolution true colour prints.

ASIGA: SLA PRINTING

Ideal for medical devices where precision is critical.

FDM Printing:

Many materials and colours can be printed on our FDMs printers.

We have a bank of FDM printers to assist in speedy production runs, they provide great detail and accuracy. We also have large format FDM 3D printers, which print on a large scale in fine detail and finish.
